2008 Activities
The highlight of the women was the Ladies' Retreat in March at BonClarken in Flat Rock, N.C. The Bible studies led by Mrs. Jill Saunders were a blessing. In May we hosted a meal during the Week of Prayer. The July 4 picnic was well attended and everyone seemed to enjoy the activities. An important aspect of the Adult Fellowship's ministry is the missionary care packages that are sent out each year. For the first time we hosted a Labor Day picnic. It was a great way to end the summer prior to the busy school year moving into full swing. In 2009 we will continue these traditions. |
